The design of SumAll’s new office space in downtown Manhattan was all about creating pockets of collaborative space within a large open plan to allow fun and creativity as well as heads-down work. The pantry, equipped with two commercial size refrigerators and a keg, is situated toward the center of the floor for easy access to the workstation area as well as to the patio outside. There are also small ‘phone rooms’ for 1-on-1 meetings, each with its own bright pop of color, a nap room, and an area for bean bag seating.
