1440 Broadway

For this 35,000 Square Foot project, BR Design was asked to design a creative work space that could serve as a marketing floor to demonstrate the building’s design potential. Working closely with ownership on their positioning of the asset as an alternative to the downtown loft spaces, BR Design developed a concept based around a centrally located Kitchen/Bar/Beer Hall. The focal point of the space has wood floors, a wood fronted bar and custom lighting. Exposed polished concrete floors, high ceilings, glass enclosed conference rooms and offices, and a custom reception desk reinforce the uniqueness of the space.
